Alyssa Pitts M.S. CCC-SLP

"Born, raised, and still residing in Lincoln, Arkansas with my family of four. After receiving a Masters degree in speech language pathology in 2014, I focused my career working with the pediatric population and feeding disorders in the neonatal population. Along with my husband, we are the owners of Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy."

Maggie Jones, DPT

"I graduated with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2011 and have now been a PT for over 10 years! I have lived in beautiful Arkansas with my husband and family for the past 6 years and have fallen in love with NWA. I have been a physical therapist with Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy since it opened in 2017 and have been blessed to get to work with many wonderful families and children in that time. I look forward to continuing to partner with families to help kids achieve their goals!"

Holly Herrington, PTA

“I am from Arkansas and have spent the last 16 years in the Northwest Arkansas area. I graduated from NWACC with my PTA degree in 2012 and have been working in pediatrics ever since. I love watching kids learn, and I truly enjoy helping them develop their gross motor skills and realize their potential. When I am not working, I volunteer my time in a Bible education work. You can also find me enjoying local sights, traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your family!”

Lynette Menna, OT R/L

"Occupational therapist since 1994 after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas.  I have a wide variety of experiences from adults to pediatrics in most therapy settings; but my passion is working with children.  I love learning new strategies and techniques to better help the children and families that I serve. I consider it an honor and a blessing to be a part of your family's healing journey. As a mom of 2 teenagers, I like to spend my ‘free time’ doing yoga, bible study, hiking, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.  I look forward to serving your family and helping you achieve your goals. "

Mary Kathryn Emmons, M.S. CCC-SLP

I love being a therapist at Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy! After living in Dallas, TX for over 10 years, our family of five moved to Siloam Springs in 2016 so my husband could work at New Life Ranch. Since then, we have fallen in love with the local community and I was lucky enough to start working at SSPT. After receiving my masters degree from Baylor University/University of North Texas, I have worked for the past 15 years in various settings as a speech-language pathologist—schools, hospitals, and clinics. I specialize in feeding therapy, as well as receptive/expressive language therapy. The best part about my job is watching a child develop expressive language—there is no greater joy than watching a child realize the power of communication!”

Mary Winkelman, M.S., CF-SLP

“I grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, but completed my undergraduate degree and post-baccalaureate program in Northwest Arkansas. Having just completed my Master’s degree in 2021 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, I have begun my career as a speech-language pathologist at Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy. I love my fellow therapists, the kids I am privileged to work with, and the amazing owners of a business I am honored to be a part of.”

Corine Taylor, M.S. CCC-SLP

“I received my Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Rockhurst University in 2016, and I have been working with the pediatric population since. I love not only seeing the children I work with grow and learn, but also building relationships with their families. My goal is for both my kids and their caretakers to leave the clinic feeling confident. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two golden retrievers, fishing, kayaking and hiking. I also love to cook, craft and snuggle up for a good movie. As a recent transplant to NWA, I am thrilled to be at a clinic filled with therapists who LOVE their jobs. I look forward to celebrating all of your child’s milestones alongside you.”

Caitlyn Lawmaster, M.S. CCC-SLP

“I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. WOO PIG! I obtained my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern State University in 2018. I started my career working with the geriatric population, but soon discovered how much I love working with the pediatric population. Getting to know your kiddos, watching them grow, and learn new skills is the best part of my job. I’m grateful to be a part of your journey at SSPT!”

Lori Brewer, M.S. CCC-SLP

“I grew up in nearby Kansas, OK, and our family moved across the stateline in 2010 as our jobs officially brought us into Siloam. I have been married to my husband for over 20 years, and we have two wonderful teenage sons who keep us busy.

I graduated with my Master's Degree in Speech Pathology in 2004 and love the excitement of being a part of a child's speech and language development. Experiencing the little steps of progress never gets old! I'm so blessed to work at Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy and to be a part of helping families.”

Hannah Melton, OTR/L

“I love being an occupational therapist and am so grateful to work at Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences in 2011, I earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013. My first job as an OT was at Mercy Hospital in Rogers and I fell in love with Northwest Arkansas! After three years working in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings, I dedicated my career to pediatrics and have enjoyed every moment. My areas of interest include neurology and vision, particularly visual perception and visual-motor integration.”

Rachel Myhre, COTA/L

“Originally from Southern California, I relocated to NWA to be closer to my extended family. I attended college at AdventHealth University in Orlando, FL and graduated in 2018. In my free time I enjoy playing sports, traveling, and various creative activities. I’ve always enjoyed working with kids and I absolutely love being a part of each child’s journey here at SSPT!”

Bethany Rodgers, PTA

“I am a native of Siloam Springs and after graduating from Southwest Baptist University with my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in December of 2019, I returned to Arkansas and attended Arkansas Tech University where I graduated in May of 2022 with my degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I have been working with the pediatric population since May of 2022. I love watching kids learn new skills and become confident in their abilities. When I am not working, I love to do anything active and outside like hiking, camping, swimming, or running. I also love to bake and spend time with friends and family.”

“I am native to Northwest Arkansas and completed my undergrad at the University of Arkansas in Communications, then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College. I have also worked as a local character performer for children's parties since 2018. I love being able to teach and help little ones be able to communicate their ideas, wants, and needs. In my free time I enjoy singing, working out, and spending time with my pets. I have a cat, a dog, and a bunny! I am beyond blessed to be a part of such a great team at Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy.”
