Alyssa Pitts M.S. CCC-SLP
"Born, raised, and still residing in Lincoln, Arkansas with my family of four. After receiving a Masters degree in speech language pathology in 2014, I focused my career working with the pediatric population and feeding disorders in the neonatal population. Along with my husband, we are the owners of Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy."
Maggie Jones, DPT
"I graduated with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2011 and have now been a PT for over 10 years! I have lived in beautiful Arkansas with my husband and family for the past 6 years and have fallen in love with NWA. I have been a physical therapist with Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy since it opened in 2017 and have been blessed to get to work with many wonderful families and children in that time. I look forward to continuing to partner with families to help kids achieve their goals!"
Holly Herrington, PTA
“I am from Arkansas and have spent the last 16 years in the Northwest Arkansas area. I graduated from NWACC with my PTA degree in 2012 and have been working in pediatrics ever since. I love watching kids learn, and I truly enjoy helping them develop their gross motor skills and realize their potential. When I am not working, I volunteer my time in a Bible education work. You can also find me enjoying local sights, traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your family!”
Lynette Menna, OT R/L
"I have been a licensed occupational therapist since 1994, with over 30 years of experience across pediatric, school-based, and outpatient settings. My passion is working with children and helping them build the skills they need to succeed in daily life.
I value working closely with families and providing practical, individualized strategies that support progress at home and school. I consider it a privilege to support each child and family I serve."
Mary Winkelman, M.S. CCC-SLP
“I received my Master’s degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2021 and have practiced as a speech-language pathologist at SSPT ever since. I truly enjoy helping children reach their goals and witnessing their progress firsthand. This clinic is a special environment, filled with therapists deeply committed to the children and families we serve.
Outside of speech therapy, I enjoy the outdoors—whether backpacking, floating rivers, biking, hunting, gardening, or walking my dogs. I look forward to being a part of your child’s journey and helping them reach what they are capable of.”
Corine Taylor, M.S. CCC-SLP
“I received my Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Rockhurst University in 2016, and I have been working with the pediatric population since. I love not only seeing the children I work with grow and learn, but also building relationships with their families. My goal is for both my kids and their caretakers to leave the clinic feeling confident. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter and two golden retrievers, fishing, kayaking and hiking. I also love to cook, craft and snuggle up for a good movie. I am blessed to be working at a clinic filled with therapists who LOVE their jobs. I look forward to celebrating all of your child’s milestones alongside you.”
Caitlyn Lawmaster, M.S. CCC-SLP
“I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. WOO PIG! I obtained my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern State University in 2018. I started my career working with the geriatric population, but soon discovered how much I love working with the pediatric population. Getting to know your kiddos, watching them grow, and learn new skills is the best part of my job. I’m grateful to be a part of your journey at SSPT!”
Lori Brewer, M.S. CCC-SLP
“I grew up in nearby Kansas, OK, and our family moved across the stateline in 2010 as our jobs officially brought us into Siloam. I have been married to my husband for over 20 years, and we have two wonderful teenage sons who keep us busy.
I graduated with my Master's Degree in Speech Pathology in 2004 and love the excitement of being a part of a child's speech and language development. Experiencing the little steps of progress never gets old! I'm so blessed to work at Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy and to be a part of helping families.”
Hannah Melton, OTR/L
“I love being an occupational therapist and am so grateful to work at Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences in 2011, I earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013. My first job as an OT was at Mercy Hospital in Rogers and I fell in love with Northwest Arkansas! After three years working in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings, I dedicated my career to pediatrics and have enjoyed every moment. My areas of interest include neurology and vision, particularly visual perception and visual-motor integration.”
Bethany Rodgers, PTA
“I am a native of Siloam Springs and after graduating from Southwest Baptist University with my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in December of 2019, I returned to Arkansas and attended Arkansas Tech University where I graduated in May of 2022 with my degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I have been working with the pediatric population since May of 2022. I love watching kids learn new skills and become confident in their abilities. When I am not working, I love to do anything active and outside like hiking, camping, swimming, or running. I also love to bake and spend time with friends and family.”
Kynlee Cunningham, OTR/L
"I grew up in Bryant, Arkansas, but have loved being a recent NWA resident! I graduated with my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Arkansas State University in August 2023 and moved to Tontitown quickly afterwards. Kids have always held a huge part of my heart, from babysitting as my first job to working at Boys and Girls Club in college. Getting to play and learn with the kids at Siloam Springs Pediatric Therapy only makes me more passionate about this population! Outside of work, I've been enjoying the outdoors with running and biking. Not only are these hobbies fun for me, but I've appreciated the way they have helped me keep up with fun, energetic kids! Thank you very much for letting me get to be a part of your and your child's story."
